Condotti Boutique Hotel, Rome

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room they put us in was from a different building, which was spacious and clean with a good-sized bathroom, including a bath. The service was really nice and so helpful, especially from the approachable and nice staff in Rome. The location near the Spagna metro station made it convenient to explore the city easily. However, the pictures were different than reality, and the noise at night and early morning was bothersome. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

The hotel had clean and adequate rooms, ideal for our stay, but the size was a bit small for the cost of three nights. Although not boutique-style, the rooms were very clean, yet the extractor noise made it hard to sleep with the window open.

The hotel is more suited for young couples due to its layout with stairs leading to the rooms. The rooms, though on the smaller side, are impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and offer a charming courtyard view. The location is unbeatable, perfect for exploring the Spanish Steps, historical sites, and indulging in shopping sprees at designer stores. Dining options are somewhat inconvenient, requiring visits to outside areas or a separate restaurant, but there's a variety of breads, cold meats, and even USDA prime-aged steaks to enjoy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were nicely renovated and well-equipped, located in a separate building just a short walk from the main area, which I found very convenient. The service was exceptional, with the staff being so helpful and friendly, even making a restaurant reservation for me. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by top sites and close to the Spanish Steps and Via dei Condotti. The dining options were decent but could use some improvement. Overall, a great value for the money.

The hotel's annex, located around 50 steps from the main building and slightly detached from reception, offers clean but compact rooms. The service was a mix of welcoming and detached attitudes, with varying levels of kindness and professionalism. The location is truly outstanding, being near the historic center of Rome and within walking distance of key attractions and the Spagna metro station. The dining experience was average, with opportunities for improvement. Overall, the value for money was highlighted by the excellent location and friendly service.

The hotel rooms were well equipped and nicely decorated, seemingly recently renovated with all furniture in excellent condition; however, they were a bit too hot and a little far from the main hotel. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and helpful staff always going the extra mile. The location was superb, close to the Spanish Steps and Via dei Condotti, making evening walks delightful. The dining experience was subpar, as it was very basic, similar to what one would find in a one-star hotel and located in a small basement room. Despite this, the hotel offered local organic products. The facilities were decent overall.
